Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from The Arts Center was convenient. All of the staff was polite and understanding. Thoroughly enjoyed the room on first level, my bed was comfortable.

It was a nice touch having a microwave and fridge in the suite. The bathroom was spotless and even had a bathtub for a nice soak 🛁. The location here was great too, being close to a movie theater.

This was a very nice stay for a night. I liked the room on first level, the bed was comfortable. Everything seemed good, clean. The hotel was in a comfortable position just next door to downtown, farmers market, stores and restaurants as well as the beach. I randomly popped in The Broken Yolk Cafe serving some pastries, located at a short distance from the venue, it was nice.

Location was excellent and value for the price was very good. Customer service was fine, but nothing outstanding.
Facility and rooms need an upgrade. Things were broken but repaired. Coffee and coffee maker are optional so please be sure to ask for it when checking in. Breakfast wasn't much (pastries and coffee) but I didn't expect much.

Beds were boards and likely the same ones they had in the 60s. The carpets ripped and frayed.The only chair was ripped in seat upholstery and soiled. The bathroom had mold and lights were dim in all rooms with burned out bulbs. No electricity for morning. no one answered desk phone..when I went to desk he was kicked back reading...
