Location shines through the chaos
The location near the river was lovely, providing a nice escape for a stroll in the evening. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which helped make up for the shortcomings.
The overall condition of the room left much to be desired. The mattress was hard, and several amenities, like a coffee maker, were missing. It felt like the hotel hadn't been updated in some time.

The location was fantastic, just over the Willamette Bridge! 🚶♂️ The room was clean, but definitely in need of some updates. Overall, not worth the price we paid.

location by the river, walking path, scenic view
Improved safety measures needed!!! Must address cleanliness issues, like dirty floors and stained furniture!!! An extra chair would enhance comfort, as only a desk chair is available!!!

Decent option for a mini-break over the weekend in Corvallis with real value for money. We appreciated the riverside location for an early morning coffee by the water. Just be careful of the cleanliness and bring your own essentials.

The final verdict on this
The room was reasonably priced and had essentials like a fridge and microwave. Its proximity to downtown shopping and a peaceful walking path along the river was a delight, despite the initial discomfort from the evening’s surroundings. Overall, decent for a budget stay with room for improvement in upkeep.

We had a great time exploring the nearby riverfront walking path. The room was decent for our large family, and we were thankful they accommodated our two dogs. It was convenient to visit local spots, making our stay enjoyable.
In my wife’s opinion, there should be more family-friendly activities offered.

Had an awesome trip with friends! We explored the Majestic Theatre and enjoyed the Benton County Museum. The location was great, and our room was clean. Definitely check out the area for some golfing too.
One downside was having issues with the sink. it didn't work, and that was frustrating since we had to deal with it.

Great Location with Room for Improvement
The location is fantastic, right across from the river with a lovely walking path. However, the amenities were lacking. we encountered some discomforts like the noisy air conditioner and limited breakfast options. Overall, a decent stay, but upgrades in cleanliness and offerings would enhance the experience.

The Queen Room was decent for a quick stay. It was reasonably priced and had a nice view of the river, especially in the morning when we could walk along the path. The bed was comfy enough for a night. However, we found the homeless presence near the river a bit unsettling at first. Overall, it was an okay experience for just one night.

The motel offers a favorable price and a great location near downtown. Though the room had some lingering smoke odor and a few cleanliness issues, the staff were friendly, and it was conveniently situated close to eateries and a beautiful riverside park. Great for exploring on foot!

would love to come back
The location is nice right by the river, with a great walking path. The room had air conditioning, refrigerator, and cable channels, but the view was blocked by foliage. The spa facilities looked inviting but I didn't use them. Overall, the room was okay for a quick stay.
